HI!

My name is Michael Kubiak. I was born in the United States to Polish immigrants and have been curious about how things work for as long as I can remember. I’ve always been drawn to the relationship between design and function, noticing details in objects, furniture, and spaces that often go overlooked. A major influence in my life has been my grandmother, an architect, whose work and way of thinking introduced me early on to design as both a creative and practical discipline. Today, I continue to explore this mindset through hands-on projects, visual observation and hobbies I partake in. A goal of mine is to design meaningfully, to be able to make an impact.
